The College of Education (COE)-Elementary Laboratory School (ELS) faculty extensionists conducted consultative meetings in October and November to institutions under the Department of Education – Division of Malaybalay, particularly in Kalasungay Central School, Sumpong Central School, Casisang Central School, and Malaybalay City Central School.
The consultative meetings aimed to collaborate with the extension service of BukSU-Education. This service will soon help the Grade-4 learners catch-up with their subjects through a broadcast-based distance learning on a specified timeframe with the hope to complete the learner’s track, thus dubbed as, ‘Nasa Radyo ang Titser Ko: A Broadcast-Based Learning Extension Project’.
Dr. Lolita A. Dulay, the extension project leader, facilitated the discussion on project updates and learner involvement strategies. Dr. Bernadette S. Binayao, COE-Extension Coordinator, provided support during consultations. Dr. Mario C. Gemota, the ELS Principal, shared experiences and ideas with other schools’ principals on learning innovation and approaches. (Dr. Lolita A. Dulay, COE Faculty Extensionist)
