The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance is responsible for the operation of the university. It exercises supervisory power over the administrative and financial management of the university, human resources, planning office, management and development of the physical plant and facilities, procurement, university fleet, ICT infrastructure, safety and security, and business affairs.
