Ans:  Dental clinic is now located at the Ground Floor, Health Services Building (next to the old College of Nursing Building).

Ans: 

  • A. Tooth Extraction- exclusive for enrolled students, faculty and non-teaching personnel residing in Malaybalay City area only (provided they have no travel history outside Malaybalay City to avoid possible COVID-19 transmission).

    -for emergency cases only like tooth fracture/movement due to accident and extensive caries with repeated gum swelling since we have no aerosol suction machine (to absorb the waste on air generated during the treatment process to prevent dentist-patient infection and protect the health of the dentist).

  • Consultation- open to all enrolled students, faculty, and non-teaching personnel.

  • Referral- open to all enrolled students, faculty and non-teaching personnel who have undergone exo/ or had check-up outside BukSU, may claim medicines in the clinic. Please bring original copy of doctor’s prescription. (Subject to availability of medicines).

  • Availment of Vitamin C.- Open to all enrolled students, faculty and non-teaching personnel    Subject to availability of stocks.

  • Free Fluoride Varnish- For Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel (by schedule).

Note: For Faculty and Non-Teaching personnel, you may call Local No.156 for your schedule.

  • Interview with the secretary (note: Strictly do not miss your schedule, missed slot will only be catered depending on available slot.)
  • For referral and consultation- The dentist will conduct online interviews checkup.

 

 -Medicines and instructions will be given at the BUKSU exit gate by the secretary. (Please bring your own ball pen.)

Note: Medicines will be given on the day of your booked slot. In case of failure to come on your scheduled time and day, you will no longer be accommodated unless you can provide valid emergency reason.
