The Cashiering Unit is one of the vital offices in the University. In charge with performing tasks with regards to fiscal matters namely collection of income, payment of monetary obligations such as salaries, wages, allowances, honoraria, stipend and suppliers of goods and services, the Cashiering Unit fits right in the middle of Bukidnon State University’s Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives as a one of the key forces that drives the university forward.

Transactions include collection of fees/income, payment of monetary obligations and submission of reports in accordance to prescribed government guidelines. This is to ascertain timely, complete and accurate financial information as required by Management, Commission on Audit (COA), and other regulatory bodies, as well as to guarantee minimization/elimination of risks pertaining to financial losses and irregularities.
