Enrollment
Enrollment refers to the registration and acceptance of the student to the regular classroom work. A student of Bukidnon State University is considered enrolled if they have submitted their valid credentials to the University Registrar’s office; has been issued a study load approved by the Dean of their college; and has paid fees or made arrangements for payment with the University.
Enrollment Procedure
Every prospective student must enroll during the given registration or enrollment period, usually one week before the opening of classes. Late enrollment is allowed during the first week of class and the student pays a penalty. A student may enroll only in subjects which are still open.
Steps in Pre-Enrollment for Freshmen/Transferees
1st
Attend the Pre-enrolment Orientation.
2nd
Proceed to the preferred college of choice for personal interview and present documents in a long brown envelope for evaluation.
3rd
Proceed to the I.T. Laboratory for the Information System Registration& submit documents.
Requirements for Incoming Freshmen:
- Admission Exam Results
- Medical Certificate
- High School Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Birth Certificate
- Individual Inventory Record
Requirements for Transferees:
- Admission Exam Results
- Medical Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Honorable Dismissal
- Transcript of Records
- Individual Inventory Record
4th
Secure a signed Evaluation Form from the officer of the college.
5th
Get a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) from the KIOSK machine.
6th
Present the PDS together with your signed evaluation form and get a Certificate of Registration (COR) printout from the enrollment officer in the loading stations located at designated areas.
7th
Present Certificate of Registration (COR) to the Chairperson/Evaluator for confirmation.
8th
Present a copy of Certificate of Registration (COR) at the cashier for payment and validation. (The enrollment is immediately validated after payment.)
