The University Guidance Center aims to help the University achieve its vision-mission by conceptualizing, coordinating and implementing the different activities of the College-based Guidance Offices to facilitate the student’s growth process and wellbeing through its programs and services. The Guidance Center aims to develop a well-balanced and mentally sound student capable of achieving their full potential through a comprehensive and socially sensitive guidance and counselling programs.
Office Goals
- To facilitate the student’s academic, personal, social and career development.
- To provide holistic service to the students to prepare them to become mature individuals who are mentally, emotionally, morally and socially responsible members of the society.
Objectives
- To assist the University in strengthening its mission through planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating various programs and activities of the College Guidance Offices.
- To enhance the students’ potentialities through, understanding of oneself, his/her interests, attitudes and values.
- To develop well-adjusted individuals through quality guidance programs and services.
