Bachelor of Science in Development Communication

Bachelor of Science in Development Communication is a four-year course that prepares the students to acquire competencies in three major areas– Community Broadcasting, Development Journalism, and Educational Communication. The program prepares the students to become professionals in the field of development communication whose key purpose is to use participatory and mediated communication to facilitate society’s planned transformation (particularly of rural communities) from a state of poverty to one of a dynamic socio-economic growth characterized by equity, sustainability, agency, and active citizenship in social, political, and economic spheres.

Doctor in Public Administration
The doctoral degree program leading to Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) includes a broad curriculum, encompassing a departmental core of courses, an area of concentration and related courses. It is a program designed to achieve distinction as a leader in public affairs, policy, administration, education and research. It provides an appreciation for the broad range of issues- economic, institutional, normative and political that surrounds contemporary public affairs, policy and administration. It equips students with the research skills that are needed to conduct original investigations and analyses on the enduring questions of public affairs, policy and administration. The program includes course work and dissertation at a reasonable time frame.
Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration
