BukSU recognizes Outstanding Flexible Learning System Teachers on World Teacher’s Day 2022

MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University recognized and awarded exemplary faculty implementers of the flexible learning system as part of its World Teachers’ Day celebration on October 5, 2022.

Two years after the implementation of the flexible learning system in the university, the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL) under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) initiated the selection process of faculty leading in the areas of instructional material development (IMD), technology integration (TI) and flexible learning system (FLS) implementation in the past two years.

Faculty from the various colleges and satellite campus clusters were nominated by their deans and campus in-charge to participate in the Search for the most outstanding (1) instructional material developer, (2) technology integrator and (3) flexible learning system implementer.

Additionally, the performance and initiatives of different department and campus coordinators responsible for instructional material development and technology integration at the unit level were examined to determine the finalists of the search for the most outstanding (4) instructional material development coordinator and (5) technology integration coordinator.

The selection process for the five categories was culminated in the form of interviews paneled by university experts of the mentioned categories on September 27, 2022.

Clad in stunning Filipiniana and Barong attires, the awardees receive their certificates and plaques during the Flexible Learning System Teachers’ Awards ceremony held at the Bukidnon State University Mini Theatre.
