MinDA partners BukSU for research, projects

The Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) and Bukidnon State University (BukSU) through the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension and Innovations (OVPREI) and the Center for Kalandang Taw Center for Peace Studies – Bukidnon State University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under the Mindanao Knowledge Center Program at the MinDA Office in Davao City on April 22, 2024.

The collaboration aimed to boost the region’s growth by teaming up with academic and research institutions and in taking a step forward to development.

MinDA Chairperson Maria Belen S. Acosta and BukSU President Dr. Joy Mirasol delivered inputs to conduct research, identify projects, and implement interventions for Mindanao’s progress.

This program will support various activities on research, policy briefings, and capacity-building where data will be used for planning and decision-making.
