Industrial Tech Company Equips BukSU Automotive Tech with Industry-Standard Training tool and equipment

The Goldtown Industrial Sales Corporation equipped Bukidnon State University (BukSU) – Automotive Department, through a product presentation and hands-on training session on May 29, 2025, at the Automotive Technology Laboratory for technical enrichment focused on modern diagnostic and service technologies among faculty members and students.

Organized in collaboration with Launch Tech Co., Ltd., a Chinese high-tech enterprise that works in research, development, production, and sales of automotive products and services, introduced participants to industry-standard tools such as LAUNCH OBD II scanners and diagnostic equipment, battery health testers, videoscopes, thermal imagers, TPMS tools, and advanced XPROG programming devices.

One student shared, “This activity is very important because it will be extremely useful when we enter the real world of our profession. It helps us adapt to the modern technologies used in the automotive industry.”

Live demonstrations and hands-on exercises were facilitated by a team of professionals from Goldtown and its partner brands.

The resource speaker, Mr. Lawrence Rodriguez, Technical Support Manager at Launch Technology, delivered engaging presentations and shared his expertise, ensuring that participants gained valuable insights aligned with current industry practices.

According to Dr. Rene Chavez, “This event reflects BukSU Automotive Technology’s ongoing commitment to enriching technical education by bridging classroom instruction with practical experience. It equips our students with the necessary skills to become industry-ready.”
