Bukidnon State University President Joy M. Mirasol visited the BukSU Kitaotao Campus on August 1, 2024, to assess preparations for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
President Mirasol met with the Kitaotao Campus personnel, led by Campus Head Dr. Wilfred Martinez, to discuss academic readiness and other important matters.
As part of the university’s Smart Campus efforts under the Smart BukSU Agenda, a demonstration of the Smart Board technology was conducted. The campus recently acquired four Smart Boards, valued at P3 million, funded through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2023.
To further strengthen the university’s partnership with the local government, Mirasol also paid a courtesy visit to Kitaotao Mayor Edwin P. Abucayan. The meeting focused on enhancing collaborations between BukSU and the Local Government Unit of Kitaotao.
