On November 13-15, 2017, the university held the performance review and planning workshop at the Mallberry Suites, Business Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City. For three days, the participants were able to revisit the 5-year University Strategic Plan to update, enhance and align it with the current requirements and challenges. The workshop that was facilitated by Mrs. Paz Resurreccion M. Alip and Mrs. Evelyn T. Mendoza resulted in the creation of the balanced scorecard for 2018-2022.
