Operating under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovations, the University Gender and Development Resource Center (UGRC) is the gender and development arm of Bukidnon State University. It is the manifestation of the University’s commitment to institutionalize gender and development in its policies, programs, and processes. The UGRC is tasked to implement the GAD Program, Activities, and Projects (PAPs) identified by the GFPS through the GAD Plan and Budget prepared annually as required by the PCW.

The Center is also tasked to coordinate with the different units and colleges of the University, both from the Main and Satellite Campuses, to ensure that mainstreaming is across the four-fold function of the University.
