Lamzon, clinical Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner from Ateneo de Davao, set to lead an insightful exploration in an audience of teaching and non-teaching personnel of Bukidnon State University, today, November 28, 2023.
Dr. Lamzon, known for her expertise in EFT, unraveled strategies to foster inner quietude amid life’s muddled conditions. Her engaging discourse provided attendees with practical insights and tools aimed at enhancing mental, emotional, and physical well-being —- the EFT.
In her presentation, according to the developer of EFT, Gary Craig, tapping on different parts of the body helps balance energy and reduce physical and emotional pain. People can see an EFT practitioner for treatment or treat themselves using this technique. EFT tapping is an alternative treatment for certain emotional and physical conditions.
The discussion poised to address various aspects contributing to holistic wellness, covering mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and the cultivation of healthy habits.
