Dr. Judith C. Singcolan, a Filipino teacher of the Language and Letters Department, College of Arts and Sciences, BukSU, has been recognized as one of the recipients of the Selyo ng Kahusayan for Ulirang Guro sa Filipino by the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF). Dr. Singcolan, together with Dr. Rodello D. Pepito, Director for Sentro ng Wika at Kultura for Region 10, received the award in Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, Quezon City last September 7, 2017.
