Calingasan and Regional Executive Director and Chair of the Mt. Kitanglad Range Natural Park Protected Area Management Board, Director Maximo O. Dichoso. Dr. Joy M. Mirasol was the program leader and Dr. Roberto N. Padua as Research Consultant. A resolution was passed by the PAMB to adopt recommendations of the study.
