(1) - Administrative Aide III

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (four-year course) from a recognized higher education institution, preferably in Office Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Education, or other related fields.
  • Training: Relevant training in records management, office administration, customer service, data privacy, or information systems is an advantage.
  • Experience: Experience in registrar operations, records management office administration, customer service, data privacy, or information systems is an advantage.
  • Eligibility: None required

 

Competencies Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and office productivity software, with strong records management, document control, communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills; demonstrates integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Employment:

  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Salary: ₱ 693.86 / day
  • Office Assignment: Medina Satellite Campus
