Brief description of the general function of the position
The Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) in the Records Unit supports the creation, maintenance, and organization of records in accordance with established procedures, processing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing routine correspondence and reports, providing assistance at the public desk, and addressing basic inquiries.
