Brief description of the general function of the position
The Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) in the Legal Unit provides administrative and clerical support to the Legal Unit in the performance of various administrative functions. He/She assists in handling client inquiries and concerns, receiving anc dispatching communications to concerned offices, individuals, and private or government agencies, and maintaining and managing office documents and records, including their proper digitalization and overall data management.
