MALAYBALAY CITY (OP-IPS) Bukidnon State University officials and personnel attended a tribal ritual on November 18, 2020 to prepare for the opening of the four-level Health Services Building, next to the old College of Nursing Building.
Bukidnon tribal elder Bai Baylan Estrella Neri Quirab, from Casisang, Malaybalay City led the Pamuhat for the new building, which would house the College of Nursing, Medical clinic and Dental services.
The ritual, which began around 7a.m. was done to pay respect to the spirit-stewards of the land and space occupied by the building. The rites include prayers and offering of animals.
