The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) conducted a technical panel evaluation of Bukidnon State University’s Doctor of Medicine program on June 10–11, 2025, as part of its regulatory process for medical schools in the Philippines.
Under CHED’s standard procedure, the assessment covers the program curriculum, faculty credentials, facilities, clinical partnerships with accredited hospitals, and student support services. The evaluation follows national requirements for academic and operational review of medical education programs.
BukSU received the CHED Technical Panel evaluators: Dr. Maria Minerva Calimag, Dr. Maria Lourdes Maglinao, Dr. Arnold John Anceno, and Ms. Shiela F. Jalbuena, who represented the Office of Programs and Standards Development. CHED Region X Director IV Officer-in-Charge Dr. Arlita Amapola B. Minguez was represented by Dr. Gina G. Macabaya during the two-day activity.
