MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University geared up for the year 2024 through a Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs) seminar-workshop for the main and satellite campuses on August 29-30, 2023 respectively.
During the seminar-workshop, five offices/units from the main campus received a special recognition for their timely submission of the 2023 PPMPs. These were the Quality Assurance Office, Finance Management, Division, Elementary Laboratory School, College of Arts and Sciences, and Accounting Unit.
For the satellite campuses, five offices/units were also given the same awards. They were the Baungon, Medina, Quezon, Damulog, and Alubijid satellite campuses.
As reported by the Office of the President, the university’s PPMP fosters accountability and efficiency in government fund utilization within its administrative framework.
This is BukSU’s step to promote transparency and responsibility in managing its resource funds, as well as to enhance procurement practices. BukSU top officials headed by University President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol, Bids and Awards Committee Chair Ms. Rosanna S. Generato, Procurement Unit Head Ms. Jandelle S. Aplaca, BAC Secretariat Head Mr. Leonard D. Danao, Director for Satellite Campuses Dr. Albert A. Villan ca, all office/unit heads, and secretaries attended the said workshop.
