MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University debate team won against the Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan during the Conflict of Laws 2023 Debate Competition held at the University Mini Theater on April 10, 2023.
Mr. John Kevin Artuz, Ms. Jemika Kathryn S. Tecson, and Ms. Toni Rose J. Sualan composed the debate team of Bukidnon State University.
The debate motion was “This house rejects the International Criminal Court (ICC) probe on the Philippine War on Drugs” and the BukSU debate team was on the opposition/negative side.
Ms. Jemika Kathryn S. Tecson, a 4th-year law student, received the Best Debater award and Ms. Toni Rose J. Sualan, a 3rd-year law student, received the Best Speaker award.
