The unit is tasked to explore income generating opportunities, submit written recommendations, discuss opportunities to the university administrators, implement projects and ensure proper management to maximize its profitability.
The Economic Enterprise Unit is responsible for the following:
- Assist in the design, procurement, storage, distribution and inventory of PE Uniforms for college, senior high school, junior high school and elementary students of the university.
- Procurement, storage, distribution and inventory management of the University Uniform cloth
- Procurement, storage and distribution of on-the-job (OJT) uniform cloth
- Design, procure, store, distribute and manage inventory of a dedicated academic gown for various colleges, graduate school and senior high school
- Manage the operations of university space rentals.
- Conduct feasibility study on potential income generating opportunities and submit written proposals
- Preparation of daily, monthly and other periodic reports.
- Facilitate the review of contracts with the university’s legal team.
- Review feedback of stakeholders and promptly address such concerns
