
Programs produced by Bukidnon State University’s BukSU Channel and dxBU 104.5 FM are included in several categories at the 20th UP ComBroadSoc Gandingan Awards, a student-led recognition program for development-oriented media.
dxBU 104.5 FM’s “Pag-Ambitay Daw Ag Kaulian (Share to Heal)” appears in multiple categories under both the General and Core Awards, while BukSU Channel’s “BotanikaTalks” and its host, Dr. Lesley C. Lubos, are listed in program and personality categories.
The Gandingan Awards, organized by the UP Community Broadcasters’ Society, cover radio, television, and online platforms, recognizing programs that address development communication themes such as environment, education, youth, and science and technology.

Founded in 2004, the UP Community Broadcasters’ Society organizes the Gandingan Awards to recognize the role of media in development communication and its contribution to public discourse.
The awarding ceremony for the 20th Gandingan Awards is scheduled to take place at University of the Philippines Los Baños on April 25, 2026.
