  • Salary: ₱ 81,796.00 / month (SG22)
  • Office Assignment: Extension Services and Community Engagement Unit (ESCEU)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The University Extension Specialist IV supports  institutional extension programs by assisting in agenda-setting, implementing projects, facilitating proposal development, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs. The role also helps manage resources, conduct capacity-building activities, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and assist in the dissemination and utilization of extension outputs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
