QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • Training: 8 hours of relevant training
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

  • Status: Permanent
  • Salary: ₱ 66,052.00 / month (SG20)
  • Office Assignment: Extension Services and Community Engagement Unit (ESCEU)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The University Extension Specialist III leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of college-wide curricular-based extension programs and projects, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and stakeholder needs. The role also involves supervising community needs assessments, resource management, and reporting to support sustainable and impactful extension initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
