Bukidnon State University continued its newly appointment and promotion to the regular employees during the 3rd Oath Taking Program held at the University Mini-Theater on November 7, 2023.
Dante S. Victoria, Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), emphasized the personnel’s attendance to the ceremony was a testament of dedication and commitment.
He said that BukSU was a home of aspirations, growth, collaboration, and with that it strived to continue its excellence, and innovation.
VPAF Victoria, Jr. remarked to the oath-takers that along their oath was a pledge to work together and foster atmosphere of respect and inclusivity, and move forward to create a brighter future for the university.
SMART BukSU President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol in her message, said that the personnel will be immersed in BukSU’s culture. BukSU believed that each personnel is unique in their own way to contribute in the development of the university.
President Mirasol encouraged the workforce for commitment to excellence and forward-thinking, and that they are supported to push in their boundaries with chances to collaborate in some the brightest minds of the institution.
Mirasol also expressed her gratitude to the employees as they are now part of the SMART workforce, harvesting the fruits of labor to a SMART BukSU.
In attendance, a total of 14 in the SMART BukSU workforce (11 non-teaching employees, 3 teaching employees) took their oath.
