BukSU advances smart campus’ goal with DASIG LINK digital training across 16 Campuses

Bukidnon State University (BukSU) has moved to modernize its regional operations through DASIG LINK (Digital Advocacy and Support for Information Governance – Library and Information Network Konnect), a specialized seminar-training initiative designed to accelerate digital innovation and streamline campus services across all 16 BukSU Satellite Campuses, held at the BukSU Baungon Campus on September 18, 2026.

Satellite librarians and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) coordinators upgraded their technical capabilities to optimize service delivery, beginning with the first implementation of BukSU’s new e-Clearance System.

Participants exchanged their best practices and developed practical workflows aimed at making administrative and academic services more responsive and accessible to students and faculty.

The training was led by subject matter experts Ms. Viralou P. Indidanio, RL, MLIS, and Mr. John Jeric I. Trangia, ICT Coordinator.

Supported by the university administration under President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol, the project was spearheaded by the Satellite Campus Management Office (SCMO), led by Director Dr. Albert A. Villanca.
