Villanca commended by Sangguniang Panlungsod of Malaybalay for National CSC Honor Award

Dr. Albert A. Villanca, Director of Satellite Campuses of Bukidnon State University (BukSU), was formally commended by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Malaybalay through Resolution No. 2026-0382 during its 30th Regular Session on February 10, 2026, and received the commendation on February 24, 2026.

The commendation recognizes Dr. Villanca as a recipient of the 2025 Gawad Pag-asa Award under the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Honor Awards Program, conferred at Malacañan Palace on January 28, 2026. The award honors individuals who demonstrate exemplary leadership, innovation, and outstanding contributions to public service.
