Bukidnon State University reached another milestone in its pursuit of digital innovation with the formal launching of the BukSU Executive Dashboard on December 5, 2025.
The virtual event gathered university officials, project developers, and BukSU workforce. The presence of Commissioner Desiderio Rana Apag III, Chairperson of the BukSU Board of Regents, shows the Board’s full support for BukSU’s ongoing digital transformation. The Executive Dashboard stands as one of the University’s most significant advancements under the Smart BukSU Helix Framework, serving as a central platform for real-time, data-driven decision-making.
By integrating key institutional indicators across academic, administrative, financial, and operational areas, the dashboard equips university leaders with timely and accurate information essential for strategic planning, performance monitoring, and transparent governance.
The system is envisioned to improve coordination among units, streamline reporting processes, and strengthen the University’s capacity to respond to emerging needs and opportunities.
In her message, the University President, Dr. Joy M. Mirasol emphasized the dashboard’s value in shaping a more agile and future-ready BukSU. She noted, “This Executive Dashboard is a technological upgrade, a statement of how we choose to lead. By grounding our decisions in real-time data, we uphold transparency, strengthen accountability, and ensure that every action we take moves BukSU toward excellence.
This initiative reflects our commitment to smart governance and our vision of a university that grows with clarity, purpose, and innovation.” With this launch, BukSU reinforces its position as a forward-looking institution that embraces technology to enhance leadership and service.
The Executive Dashboard is expected to play a vital role in supporting evidence-based planning and driving the University toward a stronger, smarter, and more sustainable future. (Astred Jill A. Catolpos/ Head, Presidential Technical Operations)
