Bukidnon State University, represented by Client Care Center Unit Head Dr. Richard Ian Mark T. Necosia, participated in the ARTA Orientation-Workshop on the Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) Report and Citizen’s Charter (CC) held on April 29, 2025, at the ARTA Innovation Hub, UP AyalaLand Technohub, Quezon City.
The event was organized by ARTA’s Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Office (CMEO), which aimed to strengthen participants’ capacity to craft Citizens’ Charters and implement client satisfaction measurement tools. It also addressed agency-specific concerns related to the Ease of Doing Business Law (RA 11032).
BukSU joined a range of participants including government agencies, LGUs, and other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in reinforcing support for ARTA’s reform initiatives.
The event also featured a message from ARTA Secretary Ernesto V. Perez, who emphasized the importance of replicating practices to improve service delivery.
“Bukidnon State University’s participation reflects its commitment to service, aligned with the goals of Bagong Pilipinas and the push for a #RedTapeFreePH,” Dr. Necosia said. (Demi Lorenz F. Jover, Client Care Center Staff)
