
A total of 209 first-time takers from Bukidnon State University’s College of Education successfully passed the September 2024 Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LEPT), with results released on December 13.
Of the first-time takers, 43 out of 45 (95.56%) passed at the Elementary level, while 166 out of 192 (86.46%) passed at the Secondary level.
In addition to the first-time takers, repeat exam takers from BukSU accounted for 21.82% (12 passers) in the Elementary level and 23.08% (42 passers) in the Secondary level. These repeat takers represent various graduating batches from BukSU’s education degree programs.
The results, released by the Professional Regulation Commission, also included takers from BukSU’s former External Studies Centers, which offered education programs before the establishment of satellite campuses in 2018. A total of 21 takers from the External Studies Center passed the LEPT for Elementary, while 38 passed the LEPT for Secondary.
PRC announced that 20,025 out 44,002 examinees (45.51%) passed the Elementary Level while 48,875 out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) passed the Secondary Level. (BukSU-Information Unit)
