
The Department of Budget and Management Region 10 (DBM-X) conducted a Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) Meeting for Bukidnon State University (BukSU) on August 20 at the Research and Extension Building.
This meeting was held to review the results of the Agency Performance Review (APR) for the 1st semester of fiscal year (FY) 2024, as outlined in DBM Circular Letter No. 2018-131 issued on November 22, 2018.
SMART BukSU President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol presented the university’s performance from January to June 2024, highlighting physical and financial performance, the status of General Appropriations Act (GAA)-funded infrastructure projects for 2023-2024, and catch-up plans for unmet objectives. BukSU also updated the status of its programs and projects funded under the FY 2023 and FY 2024 GAA.

The DBM-X delegation, led by Assistant Regional Director Nonito H. Dela Cruz, provided feedback on the APR.

Additionally, on August 21, DBM-X conducted a site visit to BukSU’s Annex Campus in Casisang, Malaybalay City.
President Mirasol and key officials from BukSU’s Finance Division, and Planning and Development offices facilitated the visit, which aimed to assess the alignment of BukSU’s priorities with its educational goals, evaluate campus infrastructure, and determine appropriate funding allocations.
