MALAYBALAY CITY (OP-IPS) Two faculty members from the Bukidnon State University National Service Training Program (NSTP) Unit served as speakers during a Lecture on Pedagogies in Teaching for the 4th Infantry Division’s Training School Trainers in Camp Osito Bahian, Impalambong, Malaybalay City on February 7, 2022.
NSTP faculty Ms. Floribel C. Gultiano and Racky M. Agdahan emphasized on the concepts of multiple intelligences theories, efficient teaching methodologies, and research-borne teaching pedagogies in their lectures. Lt. Col. Edgardo V. Talaroc, Jr, 4th DTS Commandant, thanked the BukSU administration and noted the university’s history of support. He also thanked the BukSU-NSTP guest lecturers for reinforcing the skills and competencies of their trainers or mentors.
He noted the precedent and multiple instances of BukSU-NSTP providing the necessary resource persons to help enhance the quality of instruction in the 4th DTS.
About 60 personnel of the Philippine Army Training attended the day-long series of lectures. It was initiated through a request from Acting Camp Adjutant Capt. Rhandy S.
