MALAYBALAY CITY (OP-IPS) Bukidnon State University has initiated activities to boost its employees’ health, emotional and financial wellness this year.

The activities were meant towards the holistic development of employees in efforts to alleviate workplace stress rooted from emotional, health, and financial management difficulties.

On January 08, 2021, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) conducted a virtual Happiness and Laughter Yoga workshop for all non-teaching employees with guest speaker Bryson G. The workshop aimed to evaluate and improve workplace efficiency by addressing common barriers to workplace happiness and provide practical ways to boost happiness on a personal and professional level through developing positive workplace practices.

The HRMO also facilitated a Financial Literacy Seminar on January 15, 2021 to empower sound financial decision-making and to lessen financial liabilities for non-teaching employees.
