






Bukidnon State University (BukSU) formally inducted 36 newly appointed and promoted personnel during an official Oath-Taking Ceremony on October 5, 2026, at the University Mini-Theater.
Organized by the Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU), the ceremony welcomed 14 teaching faculty members and 22 non-teaching staff, aimed at strengthening the university’s administrative and academic capabilities.
BukSU President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol urged the inductees to uphold institutional excellence while assuring them of the administration’s support for their professional growth.
“BukSU has selected and entrusted you with responsibilities because we believe in what you can bring to the BukSU community,” Mirasol said. “We believe that you have the grit and the grace—the determination to face challenges, and the humility and compassion to serve our people well.”
Mirasol emphasized that the university remains committed to providing continuous developmental opportunities for its workforce, noting that “when our people grow, BukSU grows with them.”
Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Dante S. Victoria, Jr., highlighting the accountability that comes with public service, reminded the inductees to embody the university’s core values—EPICC (Excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Commitment, and Culture Sensitivity).
“A position is not only a privilege, it is a trust,” Victoria said. “Let us not merely work for BukSU; let us work with purpose for BukSU.”
Victoria also called on personnel to maintain high service standards and responsiveness through BOSSES (BukSU Online Satisfaction Survey System), the university’s official online feedback mechanism.
Closing the ceremony, HRMU Director Dr. Rea Rita R. Muegue expressed full confidence in the new cohort, calling on the faculty to guide students effectively and recognizing the non-teaching staff as the essential backbone of university operations. (BukSU – Information Unit)
