BukSU to co-lead at a national knowledge-sharing forum and discussion

Bukidnon State University (BukSU), a member of the Socioeconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) network, is set to co-lead the 12th Knowledge-Sharing Forum (KSF) and Roundtable Discussion (RTD) on March 11, 2026.

Researchers, government officials, NGO representatives, and community leaders across the nation are invited to join in the forum and discussion to translate complex research findings into actionable policy insights.

According to the BukSU Center for Peace Studies of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovations (OVPEREI), the goal is to evolve the network from a simple repository of papers into a dynamic ecosystem where partner institutions actively shape the national development agenda and to strengthen the SERP-P Network by expanding institutional participation across the Philippines.

“We aim to ensure that the lessons in leadership from indigenous communities reach the desks of policymakers,” the SERP-P Network further explained.

The event, themed “Indigenous Peoples and Nation-Building: Lessons in Leadership, Sustainability, and Peace,” will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend onsite at the Bukidnon State University campus or join virtually via Zoom on March 11, 2026.
