According to the BukSU Client Care Center (CCC), the visit aimed to share governance systems that support client service streamlining, accountability, and public service standards.
BukSU officials represented by CCC Head Dr. Richard Ian Mark T. Necosia, and Vice President for Planning, Administration and Finance Mr. Dante S. Victoria Jr., explained the structure and composition of the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART); institutional activities such as the continuous updating of the Citizens’ Charter, implementation of ARTA compliance requirements, and alignment of service processes with national service delivery standards.
Supervising Administrative Officer and the delegation head, Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, gained insights into BukSU’s methods for managing client feedback and streamlining internal office coordination.
“The activity strengthened institutional coordination between NBSC and BukSU. It supported structured knowledge sharing on ARTA compliance and service delivery governance. The benchmarking reinforced both institutions’ commitment to transparent, responsive, and citizen-centered public service delivery,” CCC shared. (Dr. Richard Ian Mark T.
