Bukidnon State University (BukSU) has achieved a perfect score for its public service performance in 2025, according to a recent report from the 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Center (CCC), which means the university resolved every single concern brought to its attention.
“All concerns received by the University within the specified period were fully addressed. No cases remained under processing. None were left unacted. This resulted in a 100 percent resolution rate,” the official 8888 Agency Statistics reported, dated January 13, 2026.
The same report confirmed a hundred (100) percent compliance rate. “All cases were closed within the required 72-hour compliance period. No case exceeded the prescribed timeframe.”
BukSU utilized a multi-office response system to streamline communication, ensuring every logged ticket was tracked from filing to final resolution.
“All complaints and concerns were processed under the BukSU Presidential Management Staff, Legal Unit, and Client Care Center, with complete action and closure recorded across all submitted tickets for the year.”
“This performance reflects the University’s institutional systems for complaint handling, case monitoring, and inter-office coordination. It strengthens BukSU’s role in promoting transparent, responsive, and citizen-centered public service, in line with Executive Order No. 6, s. 2016, which institutionalized the 8888 CCC as the national platform for citizen complaints and feedback,” Dr. Richard Ian Mark T. Necosia, CCC Head, said. (Dr. Richard Ian Mark T. Necosia, Client Care Center Head)
