The Office of the Director for Satellite Campuses (ODSC) of Bukidnon State University (BukSU) held the first Excellence Awards to honor campuses and personnel for their “exceptional performance and unwavering dedication” on December 6, 2024, at the BukSU Mini-Theater.
A total of eight awards were presented in the campus category, which recognized institutional excellence in various areas critical to campus development and community impact.
Meanwhile, another 16 individuals were given to recognize personnel across various roles for their outstanding contributions to the overall success and growth of the university’s satellite campuses.
“As we recognize the awardees, let us take a moment to acknowledge the challenges and sacrifices that have led to these remarkable achievements,” said Director for Satellite Campuses, Dr. Albert A. Villanca. “Your commitment to excellence has not only benefitted our students but has also strengthened the reputation of Bukidnon State University.”
BukSU has 13 satellite campuses in Bukidnon and three campuses in Misamis Oriental.
“Our satellite campuses are more than just extensions of our main campus; they are dynamic centers of learning and innovation where students are empowered to reach their full potential,” said University President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol.
