BukSU Recognize Outstanding Personnel, Unit at Bansagen Awards 2024

This year’s Bansagen Awards honored 25 individuals and units/officers from Bukidnon State University for their “excellence, innovation, and service” to the university during the awarding ceremony held on December 5, 2024.

The awards span a diverse array of categories, each one reflecting the multifaceted contributions that collectively uphold BukSU’s stature as a premier institution of higher learning.

From academic achievements to administrative excellnce, from research innovation to community engagement, from sports to arts, from sustainability to organizational impact, each category is a testament to BukSU’s workforce’s unique and valuable contributions.

“This year’s Bansagen Awards hold even more significance as BukSU commemorates its centennial year. They reflect both our proud legacy and our vision for the future,” said Dr. Janne Claudian Salvana, BukSU’s Human Resource Management Officer III.

Launched in 2022 as an integral part of the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) System, the Bansagen Awards acknowledges and celebrates the extraordinary efforts of our faculty, administrative personnel, and organizational units.

“These awards are more than acknowledgments of hard work. They are beacons that reflect the light you have shared with others—the wisdom you have imparted, the kindness you have shown, and the excellence you have consistently demonstrated,” said University President, Dr. Joy M. Mirasol.

“Bansagen” is a binukid term that means to honor or to give recognition. Here is the complete list of winners of the Bansagen Awards 2024
