BukSU retirees form new association

Retired employees of Bukidnon State University have established the BukSU Retirees Association, reaffirming their commitment to the university’s ideals and values. They pledged to continue contributing to its growth and development during their retirement years.

The officers of the association, led by President Dr. Edna Maganding, took their oath before University President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol on June 11, 2024, with Alumni Relations Department Head Ms. Katrina Faith Melig in attendance.

“We have seen the progress of BukSU and my fellow alumni can attest to the improvements of the university. We are proud to be alumni and at the same time retirees of the workforce and we will continue to support the activities of the university,” Maganding said.

“Thank you very much for giving us the assurance that we will have your love and support just as also as we want to implant this to our younger workforce. I assure you that as the President of Bukidnon State University, you will have my support together with the administration,” President Mirasol said.

The BukSU Retirees Association installed its first set of officers. The BukSU-Alumni officers are:
