
In a move towards enhancing the university’s Human Resource Management (HRM) system, the PRAISE Committee, Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board, Human Resource Development Committee, and Performance Management Team convened on June 7, 2024, for their first-ever joint committee meeting at BukSu’s Conference Room, Finance Building.
This inaugural gathering marks a pivotal moment in the university’s strategic initiative to integrate and strengthen the linkages between its HR bodies.
This meeting is part of the university’s ongoing quest for PRIME-HRM Level 3 accreditation. It underscores the institution’s commitment to fostering a cohesive and dynamic HR Core system.
The university aims to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure a unified approach to human resource management by bringing together the various HR committees for the first time.
Other agenda during the meeting, include the preparations for the Bansagen Awards 2024, updates on the university’s Comprehensive Mental Health, and updates on the coaching and monitoring for performance management.
The university has reaffirmed its commitment to holding joint HR committee meetings every quarter. This regular schedule will facilitate the alignment and effective implementation of all HR initiatives, instilling a sense of confidence in the future of our HR practices.
By convening these joint meetings, the university is taking steps to achieve PRIME-HRM Level 3 accreditation, a recognition that will signify excellence in human resource management practices.
