MALAYBALAY CITY – Charting a course towards a smarter future, Bukidnon State University set targets for a technologically advanced and future-ready institution, equipped to meet the demands of tomorrow’s world through the University Target Setting held at the NHotel, Cagayan de Oro City on May 10-11, 2023.
BukSU Top Management attended the two-day activity, which was intended to finalize the targets of the university, especially in line with the vision of new president Dr. Joy M. Mirasol on a SMART BukSU: A future-ready university.
The Planning Unit spearheaded the said activity. It also included an onboarding orientation with new and reappointed faculty designees.
BukSU officials and personnel established targets and formulated plans to achieve them. The target results include the Target Setting Matrix, Risk Based Thinking (RBT) and Risk, Opportunities Analysis, Action Plan (ROAAP), an updated Action Plan (2023), and OPCR/DPCR targets for the FY 2023 1st and 2nd Rating period. The University-Wide Target Setting event was a significant event for BukSU to realize its objectives. It has provided opportunities for all personnel to contribute their ideas and work collaboratively towards achieving the university’s aspirations.
