Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
The Administrative Aide III provides administrative and clerical support to the office by managing documents and records, preparing reports and purchase requests, monitoring fuel consumption and trip tickets, receiving communications, and performing other office-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
