BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Food Service Supervisor II plans, directs, and oversees the overall operations of the food service unit, ensuring quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and nutritional adequacy in meal preparation and service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  1. Application Letter indicating the position and the office assignment;
  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
