BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Administrative Officer II (Management & Audit Analyst 1) performs accounting and financial support functions, including transaction recording, report preparation, and fund monitoring, to ensure compliance and efficient financial operations of the office.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
