  • Salary: ₱ 18,581.00 / month (SG5)
  • Office Assignment: University Hotel

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Cook II prepares and cooks meals in accordance with approved menus and food safety standards while maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency in kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  1. Application Letter indicating the position and the office assignment;
  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
