The SLS Grade 11 students presented their research proposals on April 27, 2026, while Grade 12 students disseminated their completed studies on April 28, 2026 at the Bukidnon State University (BukSU) EduHub campus.

According to the department, the activities formed part of the competencies that students are expected to develop at their level.

“For the proposal presentations, the topics were applied and product-based, focusing on waste management and the development of alternative and sustainable solutions to community-identified problems,” Practical Research 1 teacher Ms. Jade C. Colegado explained.

Grade 12 students presented studies across various disciplines.

According to the Research Project teacher, Mr. Jonah L. Antipuesto, the dissemination covered research areas in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

“The students’ engagement in research demonstrates their ability to apply knowledge to real-world contexts. They also reflect the school’s continued commitment to nurturing critical thinking and inquiry,” the department added. (BukSU – Information Unit)
